Late delivery to wrong address
I was super excited to surprise my granddaughter on her birthday with a beautiful fruit bouquet, but the delivery ended up being a day late and went to the wrong address. It was really disappointing, especially because I wanted it to be a special gift for her after she broke her leg. The whole mix-up caused a lot of stress and frustration for both of us.
