Mothers day ring and a family tree necklace
Well i have ordered a mothers day gift paid extra for 3-5 bussiness days and its just now in CA. So here it is after mothers day n no ring or necklace i will NEVER EVER order off here again. I will let it be known to others also.
Same here. I ordered a ring and it's sitting in LA for over a week. Ugh!
same here ordered beginning of April and it says still in LA. I am filling with my bank to get the money back.

Grandma name and birthstone necklace
This has been far the worst experience for me ordering for the first time through this website! I ordered a necklace to be engraved and have grandkids birthstones in it. It was ordered 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. I will never order or recommend this site to anyone! Amazon is the way to go. Still patiently waiting for my order and customer service does not like replying to emails. Not happy about this and if it’s not here within the next few days I will be cancelling it and hopefully will be able to get my money back. I rate this site a half a star!! Rated all the services 2 stars only because it won’t allow me to only do 1!
Honestly I’m having the same issue I ordered a necklace to be engraved with birthstones for my mother in law for Mother’s Day 4 weeks ago. Everything is made and comes from China. And my necklace has been in LA for over a week is says when I track it.
