Furniture for son's bed
I recently bought some furniture for my son's bed from Maisonette, and unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. Even though I wanted to support Maisonette instead of big companies like Amazon, their customer service was pretty awful. When part of my order got sent back to the warehouse, I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but all I got were unhelpful responses and no solution. To top it off, I never got an update on the piece of furniture I ordered that was supposed to ship weeks ago. Even after sending multiple emails to customer service, I didn't hear back at all, and my attempts to call them didn't work either. Now, I'm out a lot of money and my son still doesn't have a bed weeks after it was supposed to be here.
