I ordered flowers through flowersdelivery.com and thought I completed the transaction without incident. However, hours later I received a message from a call center saying that they had questions about the order. When I spoke to them there were no real questions except for me to reaffirm verbally that I had placed the order. Why they are the only online site in the world that requires that I don’t know, but it was an unnecessary delay. As if that were not bad enough I received another call center message this morning saying that the local florist who they contracted with wanted $15 more than the price charged to me online. This is a borderline scam and should be avoided at all costs.
