I just got some sheet music not long ago, and there was actually a delay in getting it shipped to me. Even though that was a bummer, the folks on the customer service team were super nice and understanding. I sent them an email about my worry because I was running out of time on a deadline. They didn't waste any time and sent out a new shipment without any extra charges, making sure I got the music right when I needed it. And to my surprise, I ended up getting the original order too, and they told me to just keep both. Their customer service really went above and beyond what I expected, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out in the end.
