Sunglasses purchase
I just bought a pair of sunglasses from that company, and I am really let down by the whole process. It's been a whole four weeks since I ordered, and I still haven't gotten them. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work, and every time I email customer service, they just give me the run-around, saying they'll look into it. But I haven't heard anything back or gotten any updates on where my order is. I've tried calling, but it just goes to voicemail every time, and no one has called me back since I left a message weeks ago. This kind of service is not okay and makes me wonder if this company is even legit.
