Product order canceled
I was really excited about this distributor because a friend recommended them to me, but man, it was a major letdown. I placed my order on January 1st and I was so pumped for it to arrive. After a whole week went by with no word, I decided to reach out and see what was up. They told me it should ship the following week. Well, that week came and went and still nothing. I logged into my account only to find out that my order had been axed without any reason! So frustrating, right? I've been trying to get some answers from them, but nobody seems to have a clue. I was really counting on getting my stuff, and now I'm just stuck here with nothing and a bunch of questions. I'd really appreciate it if somebody could help me out and sort this mess.
