5 face shields, that I never received
I ordered five face Shields 33 days ago and I have no confirmation number, or no tracking number. The first time I ordered face Shields from them they all smelled like they had been in a fire, so they sent me five more to make up for it. My second time order from was perfect. This is my third time ordering from them 33 days ago and I have not received a confirmation number or tracking number. You can't call them, or you can't email them. I have proof that I paid for them on my Visa. I took a screenshot. I'm on disability for getting extremely sick and $21.00 and some change is a lot to me. Klint Lanning. (704)213-4248. Three times ordering from them & twice they've done me dirty. That's terrible business.Ordered on 4/21/2020 and haven’t received tracking number for shipment. I was charged according to my bank account. Can’t call or e-mail and the live chat doesn’t work. I just want my mask or a refund. Guess I will have to call bank and get my money back. Hard to believe this company is veteran owned and the service is so terrible.
