Mini Sera Tote Bag pre-order
Oh my goodness, I am so annoyed with this store! I placed an order for the Mini Sera Tote Bag about three weeks ago and they keep changing the delivery date on me. First, it was supposed to arrive on June 15th, then they changed it to June 30th. I've sent them countless emails and haven't heard anything back! Seriously, it's like they don't care about their customers at all. Ignoring people like this is just not okay. And to top it off, there's no phone number to call, so you can't even speak to a real person. Ugh, it's so frustrating! The only reason I'm giving them any stars is because their bags are so adorable, like really adorable. But that doesn't make up for the awful customer service.
