Incorrect Watch Model Received
I recently bought a watch from Watches2U, but I got a different, cheaper model than what I wanted. My delivery was supposed to go to Spain, and even though I know mistakes can happen, I was bummed about the mix-up. When I tried to use their online form to return the watch, I ran into a problem submitting it. I've sent several emails to their customer service team with my order number and details, but I haven't heard anything back. This whole situation has left me feeling annoyed and questioning if Watches2U is trustworthy. All in all, I wouldn't recommend them based on my bad experience.
