Review about: Girotti Shoes
Nothing as expected
I ordered two pairs of shoes. The website and order process were easy and seamless. 1 I received in a timely manner. The fit was ok, I have wide fit although I didn't order a wide they're very loose and gap out on the sides of my feet but somehow still rub on my heels even after multiple wears. The quality was ok, missed stitches and glue residue. The leather definitely was not the quality I am used to from other Italian shoes I have bought. The 2nd pair is where it went really left. It's been 2 1/2 months. I have not seen anything at all. I have reached out multiple times, received multiple different responses and tracking numbers, none of which show that any shipping company has actually even received them to ship to me. All responses seem automated and they're definitely giving me the run around. I understand that mistakes happen but let me know instead of lying and yanking me around. Since I haven't gotten a response or any sort of tangible proof they've even shipped yet alone made this pair I have opened a claim with my bank and the charges have been reversed. I understand this might not be the case for everyone and if the quality was up to par I might be willing to wait longer but 2 1/2 months seems long enough.
