Furniture set
I bought a furniture set from that store not too long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by their customer service. I tried reaching out a bunch of times about some issues with the items, but I didn't hear anything back until after the 60-day return period had already passed. Because of that, they used their return policy as an excuse to not take the items back, even though they were still in their original boxes and hadn't even been opened. When I tried calling to talk about it, they kept telling me to only communicate through email. That kind of treatment is just not okay and it really makes me question their customer service and their promise to stand by their products.
