My experience with the online store was pretty disappointing. I ordered some clothes and accessories last week, but didn't get a confirmation until a whole week later. When my order finally showed up, the packaging was great and the products looked nice. The only problem was the sizes of the items, they weren't very forgiving. I reached out to customer service by email to ask about returning the items, but never heard back. The lack of communication is really frustrating and making me think twice about returning the stuff.
