Refund delay
I'm really upset about the terrible customer service I've been getting from this company. It's been more than a month since I sent back my stuff and they still haven't given me my money back. I shipped everything right away, so it's pretty frustrating that they're dragging their feet on this. I've never had to deal with such slow service from any other company.
