Bathroom mat and pillows
I had a really bad experience with my recent purchase on the platform. I ordered this bathroom mat that was supposed to come in 7 days, but the delivery kept getting delayed and pushed back. After a lot of annoyance, I ended up canceling the order and asking for a refund. To make things worse, not only did the mat get canceled, but all my other orders got canceled too without me even saying yes. And get this, I had ordered 6 pillows with the same order number, and when I tried to cancel just one pillow, all 6 orders got canceled. It was super frustrating and disappointing overall.

Things have been going well with the app. I really appreciate being able to check on things whenever I want. I decided to sign up for the service after my credit card companies told me about someone trying to steal my identity. It's a relief to know that my info is being watched and kept safe. It's definitely worth the money for the peace of mind, especially with all the cyber threats out there these days.
