I ordered some cigars from this website and it's been a total nightmare. It's been a whole week and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times through email, but I've only heard back from them once. I even tried to cancel my order and get a refund, but they're not responding at all. I have a feeling something fishy is happening, especially since I've seen other customers complaining about similar issues.
