Damaged order
I bought a messed-up make-up palette from these strange people, and when I told them about it, they barely did anything to help. They offered me a discount for a broken item, as if it was my fault it got here like that. Then, when I asked for my money back and for them to cover the cost of shipping it back, they actually wanted me to pay more for their mistake! Absolutely crazy! And when I tried to voice my complaint further, they dismissed me with a dumb customer service survey. They just brushed off my problem like it wasn't a big deal. I definitely won't be dealing with them again!

Photo book gift
I made two photo books for birthdays and it was pretty easy. The end result was really nice. But, one of the books had the text on the cover cut off, which I didn't see coming. They delivered it faster than I thought they would, though. Overall, I'd suggest using them again.
