Motorized roller shades
I had ordered these awesome motorized roller shades from this place and they were great in the beginning. But then, one of them suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send a new motor. However, I found out it was on backorder only after I followed up with them. Now, I have to call them every day just to schedule an appointment. It's frustrating! I guess I live in a remote area because the technicians rarely come out this way. I have been waiting for so long and my shade is still not fixed. I should have chosen a different company. These shades are fantastic when they work, but be careful if you need repairs.

Cashmere sweater
I treated myself to an amazing cashmere sweater from this brand, and let me tell you, it was totally worth the splurge! The quality is top-notch, the material is super soft and feels luxurious, and the fit is just right. Every time I wear it, I feel like a million bucks, and I've gotten tons of compliments on it.
