Voucher limitations and increased car price
I had this voucher from a trip before that was a total disaster, and I was hoping I could use it for my next rental. But let me tell you, the booking process was so limited and frustrating. And get this - when I tried to use the voucher, the price of the car actually went up! I couldn't believe it, it was really disappointing. It just feels terrible to think you're being taken advantage of, especially after dealing with a trip that went so wrong. So, I won't be going back to this company for rentals. The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth, I felt like I was getting ripped off.
