This is a FRAUD!!! Stay away from this deceptive company. You will get charged triple from what they display on their side. They will never show you any additional charges, till you credit card gets charged. Takes about 45 minutes to get a Customer Service on line. They are not able to do anything for you. Never got confirmation of purchase , money was taken from the account never got update on purchase until I contacted customer service which lacks in response time , was told item was pre order however that was never clearly stated in description then was told release date still no item , no updates no nothing requested Refund numerous times ...company is fraudulent period ...DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT EVER RECEIVE IT ...REPORTED THEM ...

I haven’t received my order that I placed a month ago. Does anybody know what country are they shipping the swimsuit from?
I ordered two months ago. I requested refund and they responded to my emails stating it is stuck in customs and if I can wait a little longer. Another month later, I still do not have my package.
I just got my package after 2 months. Swimsuit is okay quality but is a different material and not worth the price! The tracking number they gave me never worked and after I asked for a refund, it appeared a week later.

I've been trying to get my order for almost 2 months. They won't refund my money and I've had no response from them to get my refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The website and Instagram page look legitimate but many girls commented that they got the same “tracking number”. I saw these comments and realized I did not receive an order confirmation or tracking number. I emailed their customer service desk (or whatever you want to call it) and requested a refund twice. They told me there was nothing they could do because my item was “sent”. Additionally, I gave them no information of my purchase and they told me this information. It wasn’t until the second or third email that I actually received my tracking number (which by the way was a screenshot of my receipt). They emailed me saying to enter this number into USPS’s package tracking, there it was confirmed that the tracking number was fake. I paid through PayPal thankfully and I will be attempting to get this money back. This is a complete scam. Please do not buy bathing suits from here. There are many other reliable websites
