Terrible customer service. I would never purchase covers here again.
We had a defective product that they refused to do anything about, and would not even provide useful information we could use to fix it on our own. Very poor service. Very disappointed, but ultimately, it is their loss since word of mouth is the best form of advertising!
Completely agree with you. I have also filed a BBB complaint and am posting everywhere I possibly can to help people be aware that they are better off throwing their paycheck in the trash
