After my purchase, the hand over seemed to go smoothly, however, buyer beware, you get what you may for. For $200, you get the foundation, however, since purchasing the product after a month I have yet to be able to sell any product on Facebook or Google.
I have repeatedly asked for help from my support person Ani, the owner of Ecom Chief. The responses are far and few between telling me mow to hire someone to fix my issues. I do not believe that to be lifetime support.
I have spent hours on the phone with Shopify and they tell me that the missing information in my shop has caused errors. Ani refuses to go through the steps and the shop with me to resolve any issues.
Stay away from these people and this company.
