The clothes I purchased were a gift to my daughter, but items did not fit well. They were small or too revealing. I started the refund process only to be met with obstacles. Urban Revivo needs to significantly improve their return policy. Offering customers a measly discount instead of a full refund for clothing that fits poorly is disgusting. There should never be any questions asked when clothes are being returned in the exact same condition received. As a customer, I should not have to fight for my money back. I will NEVER do business with this scam of a company ever again and neither should you.
