Tower diffuser
Bought the Larger Tower Diffuser. Received a totally different remote with less functions. Customer service said, We had issues with the original one and now offer the one you received. This is not acceptable, it has no timer function like the one shown. Plus this unit doesn't cover a 800 foot area. All it is a cheaper Studio diffuser on a extended cylinder. This Company are mis-leading the customer. You can't show something for sale and send a different product. The Department of Consumer Affairs will be notified.
