Frustrating experience
I placed my order on August 10, 2022, and it's been 12 days now, but I haven't heard anything from the company. I'm getting a bit worried and curious as to why there's been no update or communication. It's really frustrating and seems unprofessional to not keep me in the loop. I was hoping for better customer service and follow-up from a company that's supposed to be all about online services.
