I recently bought a personalized video message from this website that has video messages from all different creators. But, I gotta be honest, I wasn't happy with how things turned out. The price for the service was way too much, and when I tried reaching out to customer service about my issues, they were totally ignoring me. And get this - even after I showed proof that one of their creators was acting inappropriately, the platform still let them keep doing their thing without doing anything about it. It seems like all they care about is making money, not making sure their customers are happy and safe.
