express delivery, delayed dispatch, prompt shipping.
I recently ordered something from this company and paid extra for 2-4 day shipping. They said on their website that it takes 3 days to get the order ready before they ship it out and that they'll send an email when it's on its way. But after waiting more than a week with no updates, I decided to email their customer service. I didn't hear back at first, but after leaving a review somewhere else, they finally emailed me saying my order would ship the next day. They sent it from Italy with next day delivery, and I got it in time for the weekend, just like they promised.
