Shoe purchase
I bought some shoes from Lane Crawford recently because they were the only ones who had the style I wanted. But man, returning them was a pain! The return instructions on their website were outdated, and after I got my return reference number, I didn't hear a peep from them. Plus, I only got one proforma invoice when DHL usually needs 3-4 for a smooth customs process. All this confusion and lack of communication really got on my nerves during the returns process.
