Flight booking
I used this service to book a flight recently and man, let me tell you, I was so disappointed with their customer service. When I needed help with my return flight, they were no help at all. They just pointed fingers at the airline. But when I called the airline myself, they were able to help me right away. So yeah, I'm definitely gonna start booking flights directly with airlines from now on. No more dealing with this service or any of its partners.
