Wireless charging pad
I recently bought a wireless charging pad from this company, and it looks great. However, that's pretty much the only good thing I can say about them. The employees there seem to operate on their own time, which made the whole buying process a total nightmare. Even though they promised quick processing and shipping, my order took way longer than expected to even get processed, let alone shipped. It seems like they don't really know what they're doing most of the time. On top of all that, the charging pad I got was defective, and trying to get help from their support team was a lost cause. Chloe, the support manager, seemed more bothered than helpful and just ignored my attempts to reach out. It's obvious that they don't really care much about customer satisfaction. I'd suggest avoiding this brand to save yourself the trouble.
