I ordered from ejuice connect on Dec. 14th 2020
Received order confo and shipping emails on Dec. 15th
Tracking number says that it was pre transit meaning the order never got mailed! This is Jan.4th 2021
Contacted them multiple times via email and got no response! I tried the phone number but it was never answered.
I go to my account with them and look up my orders and THAT order wasn't even in my account anymore!
So now I have to go through my credit card to see if the money was credited or if I have to dispute it!

Black adjustable face masks
Being a retailer, I totally understand delays in product manufacturing and delivery. Delays didn’t affect only this company, but all of the companies who are supplying goods to this company. The whole supply chain is under duress. When I purchased these masks, they were clear that it was going to take weeks for my order to ship. They communicated via email and kept me updated. Yes, it took a long time, but this isn’t unusual - anyone notice delays in gettin toilet paper, flour, and meat at our grocery stores? No different here. We are all affected on high demand products. The masks are amazing - by far my favorites since I wear one all day at work. I need comfort and breathability and protection. These masks do all of that. The adjustability is perfect. I am very pleased with my overall experience and product.
