Complex flight booking
Even with all the crazy pandemic stuff going on, I was able to score some tickets through this online ticket site. I was all set to go on my trip in January 2021, a time when flights were being canceled left and right, airports were shutting down, and the rules were changing constantly. It was a bit of a headache dealing with my flights, so I decided to reach out to the ticket site for help since I couldn't get a hold of the actual airline. I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was. They really went above and beyond to help me out. They stepped in, got in touch with the airline for me, and made things a whole lot easier to deal with.
