I just tried out this background check service, and at first, I thought it was great because the interface was super easy to use and it promised fast results. But then, they surprised me when I got to the payment page without warning me upfront about the charges. It's really important for businesses to be upfront about their pricing right from the start so they don't end up leaving customers feeling let down.
