Review about: Design Milk
Collar, harness, lead and travel bed
I placed an order from two different stores from design milk. The one store had a shipping fee associated to the items for the collar, harness and lead. I also ordered an travel blanket with no shipping fee associated to it.
Design milk cancelled the collar, harness and lead, and refunded these items, however not the shipping fee. I have tried contacting them several times since and have sent screenshots proving the shipping should not be included with the 1 item I still have coming. I have received no response since.
