Order for flower delivery
My experience with this flower delivery service was terrible. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday. However, I never got a confirmation email saying the flowers were delivered. When I called customer service, they were nice but didn't help. They said they would check on the problem and call me back the following day. After many calls and promises that the flowers would arrive that day, they called in the afternoon asking for an extra $20. I said no and asked for a refund, but the customer service rep tried to negotiate with me in a ridiculous way. I had to threaten to report them to multiple authorities before they finally agreed to give me a refund. Dealing with this company was frustrating and disappointing.
