Filter transit without visa ticket purchase
I recently bought a ticket for my mom through AviaSales, choosing the transit without visa option. But when it came time for her flight, she couldn't get on the plane because the airline needed a visa for transit through Frankfurt. So, I had to buy a new ticket that cost twice as much. I contacted AviaSales for help, and after two weeks of emails back and forth, they basically said it was my problem and they couldn't do anything. They said they added a note about visa requirements to their filter, but we only saw it after we brought up the issue. I trusted AviaSales to make sure all the important details were right before booking with different airlines, but I was let down and now I'm out of money. I don't recommend using their services.
