I placed an online order nearly 2 weeks ago - I never got a shipping confirmation so I emailed their contact email listed to get my order status. No reply after many days and a follow-up email. Tried their contact form - no reply. Called their phone number but the automated message said to use their online contact form.
So they basically just took my money and ghosted me. Is this a real company? I don't even know. I wouldn't risk giving them your money.Review about: TRANYA
Better than expected
I previously purchased Tranya T10 wireless earbuds and I was very satisfied with their quality and sound. However, I decided to purchase the Tranya M10 wireless earbuds because of the bass boost feature.
The M10 earbuds have better battery life and better connectivity compared to the T10. I used the M10 earbuds for 8 hours with no breaks in connection and no sound distortion.
