Review about: Simply Chocolate
box of chocolates
On 11/17/2022 I ordered a box of chocolates in a Happy Thankswgicving box to be sent to my neice. I called her to ask if she recived them. No. Then I check the receipt to find out that delivery was scheduled for 12/1. Obviously, this was a Thanksgiving gift.
I cancelled the order and my new passport membership. Incompetent compaany to deal with.
PS: In order to talk to a person, not a machine . I had to pretend I was making a new order.
