Travel backpack purchase
My interactions with the customer service folks at this company were top-notch. I bought a travel backpack that was out of stock when I ordered it and was stressed about getting it before my trip. But Brie, the customer service rep, really stepped up to make sure I got what I needed. She was super attentive, compassionate, and committed to fixing my issue. I'm truly grateful for her hard work and determination in getting me the backpack.

Money transfer speed
I had an awesome time using this service for the first time. The money I sent reached the receiver in a flash, like lightning. It blew my mind how quickly the transfer went through. I really hope they keep up this level of efficiency and speed. Any tweaks they make can only make the service even greater.
