Recent printer purchase
I just bought a new printer and wanted to register it online for an extra year of warranty. But man, that was a headache! I spent like an hour and a half going back and forth with customer service just to get that warranty. I had to show proof of purchase and even snap a pic of the printer's serial number, seemed like a lot of unnecessary hassle. It really rubbed me the wrong way and got me thinking about the company's customer service standards. Finally, after I made it clear how annoyed I was, they owned up to their mistake.

Socks purchase
I bought these socks recently and they are really top-notch. They got here super fast, which was great. The price was fair and I definitely got my money's worth. But, I was a little bummed about the packaging. The box came in this flimsy plastic envelope that didn't do a dang thing to protect it during shipping. There was a big hole in it, which made it useless as a gift box. For next time, I recommend using a tougher corrugated sleeve for gift packaging to prevent any damage.
