Wooden and vertical blinds purchase
I just got these wooden and vertical blinds from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with their customer service and the whole shopping deal. I was a bit worried at first about getting the right measurements, but everything ended up fitting like a glove and setting them up was a piece of cake. There were a couple of messed up pieces, but no worries - their online chat system made it simple to get replacements and they came right on time. I'm really happy with what I got and I would totally think about buying from them again down the road.

One-year subscription purchase
I bought a one-year subscription for this service not long ago. But guess what? Right after the trial period was up, my access got blocked. And let me tell you, talking to customer service was a total waste of time. They told me to try using a different browser, even though the app didn't even work in a browser. I've had enough of this nonsense, so I'm just gonna cut my losses and move on from this frustrating company.
