Bracelet purchase
I got this bracelet from 1stDibs but when it showed up, it was in a box from VR Jewels. Did some research and found out VR Jewels was selling it for less! What a scam! The bracelet itself was flimsy and looked cheap, not worth what I paid for it. And guess what? Even VR Jewels agreed it wasn't worth it!
When I reached out to customer service, they were useless. The chat person just defended the cheap chain and said they couldn't help. Then I got an email from someone on their team offering to match prices, but only if I had told them within 7 days of buying it. Like seriously, why mention that now?! So frustrating!
I would not recommend 1stDibs to anyone, save your money and shop somewhere else!Review about: Influence U
Quick delivery and impressive packaging
I had a really awesome time shopping online with this company. The delivery was super quick, and I was totally impressed by how well they packaged my order. The way they presented the items was fantastic, and it seriously made me feel like they really cared about me as a customer. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with them again in the future.
