Beanbag purchase
I just bought a beanbag from this company, and man, I gotta tell you, I am so disappointed with the service I got. The order came right on time, but it was all messed up. I've been trying to reach out to them for the past 10 days through emails and their website, but I haven't heard a peep back. It's just not cool that they're not communicating at all, and it's left me feeling irritated and let down.

E-reader purchase
As someone who's been using e-readers for a while now, I've bought quite a few of them over the years. But one thing that keeps happening is the screens freezing up and not responding after a while. It's really frustrating because I really like using them. I've wondered if it's my fault somehow, like if I'm handling them wrong or something. So, to try and make my current e-reader last longer, I got a protective cover to hopefully stop any more issues from popping up.

Promotion Dispute
I've been dealing with a problem about a promotion on this platform. It's been three months now, and I still haven't heard back on how they're gonna fix it. The customer service has been pretty bad, and it seems like nobody's talking to each other between the UK and US offices. Waiting for my payment has been super frustrating and disappointing.
