Dog bowl purchase
I had a great experience with their customer service when I contacted them about rust spots on the dog bowl I bought. They promptly sent me a replacement, which I was grateful for. However, I was bummed to see rust starting to show up on the new bowl after only a few months, even though I made sure to follow all the care guidelines. It seemed like the product quality didn't meet my expectations.
