CBD oil purchase
The ordering process was smooth and easy, but my package got lost or delayed during delivery. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but never got a response. It was super frustrating to not get any help after I spent my money. Luckily, my friend suggested I hit up the company on social media, and finally, I got a quick and helpful response. They fixed my issue fast, which was a relief. The product ended up being awesome, but the first customer service experience was definitely lacking.

As a customer at FYE, I gotta say I was really bummed out by how they treated disabled veterans. So, I was at the Port Charlotte mall FYE store recently and this guy named Steve kicked me out. I'm a disabled US Navy Veteran with breathing problems and I tried to explain that to him, but he just wouldn't listen. It felt like he was bullying me and it was really disrespectful. This whole situation just shows how FYE treats people who have put their lives on the line to protect our country. And to make it worse, I got an email from FYE's corporate office that just confirmed they don't really care about disabled veterans.

Aston Villa tickets
I've been a huge fan of Aston Villa for as long as I can remember and I've always been super loyal to their shop. The service there is top-notch, always quick and reliable. My only problem is trying to get tickets to see Villa play. Even though I've been a fan since I was a kid (I'm 43 now), it's been getting harder and harder to snag tickets each year. Hopefully, they can work on fixing this so all us fans can have a better experience overall.

Curtains purchase
The curtains were exactly what I was looking for. They were even better than I expected! So plush and soft, just what I wanted. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the store was fantastic. They delivered quickly, the packaging was secure, and it arrived right on time! My daughter also adores the curtains and wanted to know where I got them. Very well-made, gorgeous...overall, it was a wonderful experience! 😊
