Comfortable and fast delivery
I just bought a new pair of shoes and I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty impressed. They arrived super fast and man, are they comfy. I didn't even have to break them in, which is a major plus. I wear them all day at work and I do a ton of walking, but they held up like a champ. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally recommend them to anyone in need of some comfy and sturdy shoes.

TENS unit purchase
The TENS unit I bought was awesome, but man, the service was a real letdown. The delivery took forever, so I had to scramble and buy replacement pads elsewhere. They should've used a different postal service to avoid messing with customers like that. If I'd known their customer service was so bad, I would've bought a similar product from another company.
