Multiple item purchase
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from an online clothing store. The customer service before my purchase was good, and the stuff I got was really good quality. But when I had to return some things because they didn't fit, it was a hassle. They said the return process would be easy, but it was actually really hard. I had to send the items back to Poland, which cost me a lot since I'm in the UK. Even after showing that I sent the package back, it seemed to disappear and I had to wait over a month for a response. Every time I contact customer service, they make me wait another five days. Dealing with the return process has been super frustrating, and I suggest being careful if you shop there.

Beautiful Bag
I was kinda unsure about buying from this online store since I hadn't tried it before, but I'm really glad I did. I got this amazing bag and it came way before Christmas. They even gave me tracking info so I could keep an eye on my package. Plus, the packaging was super nice. I scored a great deal on the bag, and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
