    Wireless earphones

    I recently bought some wireless earphones from this company, and they are awesome! The sound quality is amazing, and they fit comfortably in my ears. Connecting them to my devices is a breeze. Plus, the battery life is really impressive. I don't have to recharge them for hours on end. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these earphones to anyone looking for a reliable pair.

    Faulty item received, requested exchange, issued refund without reason

    I recently had a really bad experience with a recent purchase. I got my order and it turned out to be faulty, so I reached out to customer service right away to get an exchange. But instead of helping me out, they just gave me a refund with no reason why. When I asked about it, they said that if I still wanted the item, I'd have to pay extra for shipping and at a higher price since the sale was over. The whole thing was super frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.

    VoIP service

    The VoIP service from this company has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. We've been experiencing a lot of in-house disconnections and our calls keep going straight to voicemail, which is super frustrating. We tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for help, but unfortunately, we never got the issues resolved. Eventually, we had no choice but to switch to a different provider. To top it off, the equipment that was supposed to be "free" ended up costing us $39.99 when we canceled. Dealing with the return process for the equipment was a nightmare - the instructions were snobby and not customer-friendly at all. We not only had to pay to return the equipment, but we also had to provide a tracking number and return all components or risk not getting our refund. The company's lack of responsiveness and their aggressive attitude during the refund process really left a bad taste in our mouths. It's disappointing to see a company put their own interests above customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to service problems. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this company, and the way they handled everything just confirmed our decision to move on to a different provider.
