Hand crank can opener replacement
I bought a hand crank can opener from that store to swap out our old one that we've had for more than forty years. But the new can opener was a dud. It couldn't open a can right - it would just partially cut the top before the can started sliding all over the place. I was really let down by how poorly it worked and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

VoIP service
The VoIP service from this company has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. We've been experiencing a lot of in-house disconnections and our calls keep going straight to voicemail, which is super frustrating. We tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for help, but unfortunately, we never got the issues resolved. Eventually, we had no choice but to switch to a different provider. To top it off, the equipment that was supposed to be "free" ended up costing us $39.99 when we canceled. Dealing with the return process for the equipment was a nightmare - the instructions were snobby and not customer-friendly at all. We not only had to pay to return the equipment, but we also had to provide a tracking number and return all components or risk not getting our refund. The company's lack of responsiveness and their aggressive attitude during the refund process really left a bad taste in our mouths. It's disappointing to see a company put their own interests above customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to service problems. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this company, and the way they handled everything just confirmed our decision to move on to a different provider.
