Trip cancellation unannounced
I wanted to share my experience with you - I booked a day trip using a car-sharing service, but ran into a problem. On the day of my trip, I got an email saying that the car I reserved was no longer available. I tried reaching out to customer service, but couldn't get a hold of anyone for help. It was a major inconvenience because I had already made plans and arrangements counting on that car being available.

I ordered this formula but never got tracking info. I reached out to customer service through email and then by phone to cancel the order. They said it was out of stock but also shipped. What's up with that? It's really confusing and frustrating.
