I bought some shaver blades from your site not long ago. Unfortunately, I ran into some problems with getting help from your customer service team. Once I placed my order, I didn't get any emails letting me know how things were going. And when I went to check on my order on the website, there was no info to be found. Even though I tried emailing customer service a few times, I never heard back. As a customer, it's been really disappointing and frustrating not to get any updates or support.
